frequently asked questions

Is there a care instructions included in the package?

As posted on my store, it’s advisable to do some research of how properly taking care a plant with your weather and the environment suited for the plant. You can always ask a question and I would gladly reply as soon as I can. Also water therapy putting plants in a tub of water for few minutes after receiving it is a suggestion for the dehydration.

If I received dead or damaged plants, will I get a refund?

Unfortunately, No. As a store policy, No returns, No refund, No exchange. All buyers should understand and assume full risk of the shipping.

How long it will take for my package to arrive?

We have 1 week to process the order and another 1 week upon dispatch, it will depend on weather condition and shipping delays. For example, Canada Post is facing Christmas time levels of mails and things are moving a touch slower than usual.

Will there be a tracking number available?

Yes, it will be sent via email once the package is ready for dispatch.

Can I cancel my orders?
